Our Silicone lace mats are a beautiful solution for creating edible lace used to wrap around cakes and cupcakes or cut sections from the lace to place on cookies, chocolate, and other desserts.
The mats include intricate lace designs which can also be used as an impression mat to create patterns on gum paste or fondant.
The Lace mats are very flexible which makes removing the finished cake lace extremely easy. Simply fold a corner of the lace mat and slowly peel the baked or set lace from the mould. If the lace does not peel out easily, it may need a little more time in the oven or on the bench to fully cure the lace.
