Irish Cream Liqueur flavouring is just what you need to make mouth watering soft centres for your chocolates. Just add a few drops of our Irish Cream Liqueur flavour to our plain fondant and mix.
You can also use this in creating cakes, cupcakes, icing, milkshakes and more!
If you want to flavour your chocolate, then you need to use one of our oil based flavours as this product is water based and may split your chocolate as oil and water don't mix.
It is fine to use if making a ganache (which has melted cream and chocolate combined)
